The title 'Soak the Sin' came from a catchy Blind Melon song that I was listening to during the trip. Mind exploration is fun, but can leave you with more questions than answers and the feeling of complete uncertainty about your life. With that said, I still had a great time.

Critique is encouraged; it would really help me out with my next painting..

Trip? I hear, trip ? Eh eh eh?

As in...physical movement trip, or a more.. satisfying trip? Mmmmm?

Ok, moving on.

I Adore this. Its very unusual. The brain at the end of a stem.. the sun, the drippy-parts under the stem...amazing. I love it. :D

Vini, vidi, fugy... Savvy? :begone:
Are all the colors drooling out part of the concept or there because it was still wet when you raised up the artwork?

Photography is the art of capturing art.
If you want to make art, jump over to photomanipulation. :noes:
Haha, I just like paint drips. But the latter sounds good.

Sweet! I like the idea. This style works for this idea, but depending on what youre going for you may want to consider using less cartoony "archetypes" (like the bubbly clouds, the sun with the triangular flares). Or you can put your own stylisation on things and keep a cartoony feel (kinda what I try to do).

Thanks for the input.

I'm so used to simple & basic drawings, that it's so hard for me to paint in a more.. hm.. "artsy" way.
